Hosted by the Concord Garden Club, the 23rd annual Art & Bloom will return to Kimball Jenkins at the end of January. The installation features floral arrangements created by community members and professional designers, intended to complement the artwork in Kimball Jenkinsโ€™ winter exhibition.
