Tales of New Hampshire Family Story Time

Description:

Tuesdays, July 11 to August 29, 10 a.m.

Free courtesy of Concord Pediatric Dentistry

Sharing stories about the Granite State is a great way to bring families together in a weekly story hour focusing on iconic images of New Hampshire. This fun program is sure to bring a smile to kids and adults alike, as storytellers read classic tales about the Old Man of the Mountain, the Concord Coach, and New Hampshire's state symbols like ladybugs and pumpkins. Each week features a collection of stories on a different New Hampshire theme, with a visit to the exhibition "Discovering New Hampshire" to see related museum objects from the Society's collections. This free program, due to the generosity of Concord Pediatric Dentistry, is a perfect introduction for young children to all the things that make the Granite State a great place to live. All ages are welcome; geared for kids 3-8.
