Falconry has a tremendous history. It dates back to ancient times, in fact, it predates writing. Though this sport has dropped out of favor in our increasingly technological society, there are those that still work with falcons and other winged birds of prey. Last year we hosted NH State Police K9 to a full house and learned how officer and canine communicate. This year we'll learn how humans communicate with feathered creatures.
