Bedrock Gardens’ May 20 and 21 Open House, with ‘Insects and Flight’ Art Student Installation
Bedrock Gardens is a unique outdoor setting where one can unplug and refresh the spirit, celebrate the day, enjoy time with friends, and explore an outdoor scenic and creative environment.
Art students aged 10 to 18 from several schools explore winged insects and flight in a far-ranging installation throughout Bedrock Gardens. The NH Aviation Museum’s Wilbur Wright, in character, will offer test flight kits and wisdom on how bumble bees manage to fly. The Seacoast Beekeepers Association will teach us about NH bees. There will be music from 12–2 pm on Saturday by Dale’s Jazz Lab. Bring a friend, your family, and enjoy a unique oasis on the New Hampshire Seacoast. Bedrock Gardens has ten Open Houses per year (the 1st and 3rd weekends of May–Sept) open to the public. See our website for details and other added special events. Bedrock Gardens is open Saturday May 20, 10 am to 4 pm, and Sunday May 21, 12 to 4 pm. $10 suggested donation (kids free). Bedrock Gardens, 45 High Road, Lee, NH, 03861, 603-659-2993.
