Pilates Bootcamp - Circuit Edition

Kick Start Or Boost Your Practice with a Daily Dose of Pilates Hearing the word boot camp, you might think of an especially hard workout, and tough drills. As you know, Pilates teaches tools that we can use in everyday movements and in other sports as well. Our Pilates boot camp will include movements and exercises that you know from other forms of exercise and teach them from a Pilates perspective. We will definitely stay true to the Pilates method, but we will help you incorporate Pilates into running, swimming, golf, tennis and gardening. Be aware, this might be a fun and “out of the Pilates box” experience. We get together each day from Monday through Friday for one week to get your body back into balance. If you've ever tried to establish a regular practice, this is the perfect program for you. Aside from getting into a healthy routine, you'll get familiar with the Pilates equipment - even if you've never used it before. The circuit boot camp is limited to 8 students, register early, as this will fill up quickly. $100 for 5 sessions
