Rebuild Your Core
In this one week intensive you will set the foundation for rebuilding your core from the ground up. No matter how weak or strong you think you are, we will get your core strength to the next level. Whether you need to start completely from scratch, had a baby (recently or many years ago) or you’re looking to gain more core strength to improve your sport performance, this intensive is made for you.
With a combination of information and practical application, this course will give you the answers and exercises you were looking for: doable, and just challenging enough, without triggering strain or pain. Gentle and powerful - the Pilates paradox that works.
First, we will together determine your body’s current needs and from there choose the best exercises to achieve the core strength your body needs to thrive. You will leave with a roadmap of individualized and targeted exercises to build strength over the next few months and year.
The more I teach, the more I realize over and over again that all movement starts with the core. If the core is not working, nothing is working. All efforts put into improving other parts of the body will fail or be short lived, if the core is not addressed.
