Leaf Collection to Begin Nov. 3

According to its website, the city of Concord will begin fall leaf collection on Nov. 3 and continue through Dec. 12. City officials ask all leaves be raked, loose - not bagged, to the curb for pickup.

"Collection will not pick up on private property. Please no rocks, dirt, or branches. No collection on Thanksgiving or the day after."
